Following on from the Year of Lou in 2024 in North America, SWEET LOU has had his 600 th individual winner in Australasia. Red Bull Bernie saluted the judge at Albion Park, he is out of Let’s Go One Bettor (Bettor’s Delight), bred by Brittany Graham and sold for $60,000 to the astute buyer Mick Boots.
This keeps the stellar run going for Sweet Lou down under, he is going at in incredible 62% starters to winners in Australasia which is huge especially with his popularity. To follow these statistics Sweet Lou has had:
- One $1,000,000 earner – Spirit Of St Louis (Art Major)
- Five $500,000 earners
- 100 $100,000 earners
Incredible numbers that only look to increase as his books in both Australia and New Zealand are maximized. Sweet Lou has nearly earned $30,000,000 in stakes for his progeny to date again which shows the longevity and caliber of his progeny.
