Carrier and flight number will be advised at time of shipment. Conditions of Shipment 1. Booking Application Form MUST be in the hands of Mark Hughes or Woodlands Stud prior to shipment. 2. Transportation, Customs and AQIS costs from New Zealand will be met by Woodlands Stud. 3. Woodlands Stud will do all in their power to ensure that semen arrives at its destination in good order and in good time. However, neither shall accept responsibility for non-arrival of semen, or semen that arrives in poor condition. 4. SEMEN WILL NOT BE SHIPPED (under any circumstances) UNLESS THE REQUEST IS MADE ON THIS FORM. Please note Bookings must be made by fax, by 7pm (Melbourne time) on the day before the semen is to be shipped. Copies of this semen order and booking forms can be downloaded from the Woodlands Stud website www.woodlandsstud.co.nz. Please advise by fax (Freefax 1800 615 737) or email (office@woodlandsstud.co.nz) if for any reason the semen shipment is not used.
